The contact form builds an email draft in your browser. It does not submit your details to a website database or send an email automatically. You decide when to send. Received emails are used to respond to the enquiry. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information in an initial message.
Tool data and preferences
Your language preference, calculator drafts and saved budget scenarios can be stored on this device. A project summary you choose to attach to an enquiry is carried within the current browser session. These features do not automatically send your inputs to Zink. You can delete saved scenarios in the tools or clear this website’s browser storage.
Optional postcode lookup
The planning tool only sends a UK postcode to api.postcodes.io when you press Find area. The response identifies an administrative area; it does not verify planning restrictions, consent history or permitted-development rights. Other calculator inputs remain in your browser unless you choose to share them.
Hosting and analytics
This version contains no advertising or third-party analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the website. Images are served with the site rather than requested from external image hosts.
Concepts and images
The design concepts, architectural visualisations and illustrative drawings show proposed spatial and material ideas. They are not photographs or measured records of completed client commissions. Material names describe a design direction, not an issued construction specification.
Budget guidance
Cost tools use editable assumptions and a published model. The output is an early planning range, not a quotation, valuation or guarantee. Scope, surveys, supplier quotations, tax treatment and professional advice must be checked for the individual project.
